It was a hot fudge sundae for me.
I know the nicotine part of the quit is over with .. who knew that the craving for the smoke part would be so strong! I can't seem to shake that one. It got so bad the other day that I ran to a neighbors house and grabbed her cigg out of her hand. I just held it in my hand .. I was that close, that close to blowing my quit. I'm proud to say I didn't take a puff. So I got in the car and went to sonics for a hot fudge sundae .. I did it up right too .. extra fudge, nuts, whipped cream and cherries.
I'm also proud to say that coming up on 3 weeks smoke free, I can still fit in my jeans, they are a bit more snug than they used to be, but I can still wear them! And that yellow stain on my fingers I use to hold ciggs is gone too.
