You're doing great, Thaw, you have such an amazing attitude & that's what will get you through the hard times. For me, the idea that I had it beaten was often the junkie's way of getting me back at it. So absolutely do not let your guard down but do keep that positive outlook & know that you're doing this!!! That is great Thaw. I truly believe part of the reason that you are having a very smooth quit is because of your age. Be sooo blessed that you are quitting while you are in your 30's. I remember when I was 30 years old, i did a body Cleanse program for one week. I drank this stuff and took these suplements, and, of course, you were not supposed to smoke while doing the cleanse. At that time, I worked for a landscaping crew and rode a rider mower most of the day. I can't really remember when I became a full time smoker. But, I know that I was buying packs in my early 20's...hanging around bumming them in my teens. But, I clearly remember riding my mower, chewing on mint leaves, not really that concerned that I could not smoke for a week. Some friends and I did sneak one cigarette together. And immediately after the cleanse, i bought another carton. The point is, as the years went on and I tried to quit..the first time i was about 35. I rmemeber dropping my mop as I mopped the floor and just starting to cry. I started smoking again. I never even attempted to quit again until my late 40's..and it was a bi$&^ compared to that rider mower incident when i was 30. SOOOOOO keep at it Thaw..quit NOW while you are young. Addiction is a progressive disease...it only gets worse as time goes by, not better. You are doing yourself a HUGE favor by quitting now! CONGRATULATIONS! ps...did you draw that male character? new me My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/26/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 504 Amount Saved: $105.00 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 23 Mins: 0 Seconds: 20

Like aloha said, don't let your gaurd down. Those nasty little triggers and craves come at you when you least expect them. Yes they are manageable, but beware, they are lurking out there. hmmmmmm Although I prefer to refer to them as urges or thoughts. Craves seems too strong for most of them.
