that is quit a mind picture, Dee. It made me laugh just invisioning the room full of quitting smokers crying. You know what, the days go by whether we smoke or not. We just need to let them go by as non smokers now. I think of past quits and say "gosh, if I would have stuck with it, I would be over a year free now. I would be free of all these feeling, emotions, etc". But, the same will be true months from now. We just need to stick with it, ride it out, be positive and thankful that we no longer poison ourselves with nicotine, and live our lives.
