JQ5555, Many triggers overcome over the course of this trip. In answer to your question, I'm not sure of the exact numbers but I do know that some can just smoke cigars but all too often, it leads down a slippery slope. We advise you to proceed with caution. Enjoy the rest of your trip! Danielle - Bilingual Support Specialist

You're awfully brave JQ5555! After 160 some days to smoke anything? I would really have been worried about starting up all over again. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 101 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,525 Amount Saved: $1,065.55 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 9 Mins: 12 Seconds: 53

2 cigars is still two cigars. Just as long as you keep away from them now that you're home. I smoked cigars for a few years - starting at the occasional one and ending up at 5 - 10 a day. Then went staight back on to cigarettes. The smoking habit had never left me.
