Well, this is day 61...still cannot believe it but I did it. So far anyway. When asked, I tell everyone that, no, I did not quit smoking but rather that I "stopped smoking"; although I am hoping that it is forever.
Still working out 3-5 times a week and feeling great. I think I use this as a crutch and I love it. Heh, I smoked for 40 yrs! If I can do it, anyone can.
