Something may have been put on your heart to approach her about the quit. You should ask yourself what is the worse that could happen? I am sure you wouldn't phrase it in a offensive way, even though they say X-Smokers are the worse. LOL. I know it is awkward to mention to people as most of us don't want to hear it. She may just listen.
He stickin...smile and say hi when you pass her, and maybe she might eventually start up a conversation with you...remembering that you used to smoke...
You never know where you are to make a difference next. Make sure you keep the doors open.

I watched a small delicate gal puff on a smoke as I was leaving work She and I had smoke outside the work area before 15 months ago. She must be 55 to 60. I don't like seeing this at all and I just might approach her.

I won't do it. The thought has crossed my mind but I don't know her well enough to mention it. I don't like saying it however it is none of my business. But to watch her puff on those smokes. She is quite tiny and the smoke is so large, and as she exhales it reminds me of a smoke stack, and I think about what it is doing to her lungs. Ouch!
I wish would of listened when people tried to warn me. But no, it took me 20 years to decide that was enough. Good Luck.
