This post will inspire not only you, but other's who will be experiencing the same stress temptations. Thank you for sharing. It's ironic, we smoked when we were happy, we smoked when we were sad, we smoked with friends, and we smoked when we were alone. We smoked to relax and we smoked to wake us up. All of these trigger's were our life....and are still our life. We are still going to be happy, sad, tired, and stressed. That isn't going to change, and personlly I don't want it to change. I want to still live and experience my life, just not surrounded by a cloud of smoke, and I think that's what you want to. The truth is, if we continue to smoke, we will shorten our lives and then we will miss the experiences that are waiting for us. Hang in there!!!!
