Hi Folks
There are many of us who are ready to start the second stage of our quit (which means exercise, healthier eating and weight loss) We have been posting our progress on Kaitilina's thread.......but perhaps we need to start a new thread.
There are many weight loss groups on the internet which help to keep track of calories and provide information on exercise and healthy eating. (I'd be glad to share mine if I see you on IM)
Missthing started posting daily and she is doing great - inspiring us all to follow along!

I have to check out my stats tonight when I get home. I was doing famously until I went to my Mom's last night. Had to give her heck for being such an AMAZING cook. The food was just WAY too good and I couldn't pass up seconds...Told her that if she kept cooking like that, I wouldn't visit her again until summer!
Will be posting tonight...so glad to see all of you here!

I am exercising hard too....just have a problem with all of those things that I put in my mouth...We are going shopping tomorrow - Loading up on fruits and vegetables!
I was cutting way back on carbs and had headaches for 3 days - Had sugar and a piece of toast today and no headache??? Not sure if it was the flu or low blood sugar or muscle pain or hypochondria??

Congrats on the 3 lbs Silly - I'm working away at it....This whole diet thing is new to me. I had NO idea how unhealthy my eating habits were. The great thing is that I have exercised every day this week and I've lost 5 of the 10 lbs that I gained during this quit.
Now I have a whole NEW obsession....so glad to have you guys alongside (Now if only that Sparky wouldn't make me look so bad with all that exercise!!)

My hubby cooked me up 5 helpings of veggie lasagna (we got it off the internet) while I did his laundry. I am gradually learning how to pack lots of veggies into my food so that I get full with less calories. This is kinda fun...except on Saturday when I watched him eat his french fries and gravy while I had my fruit salad!
Will be checking in again tonight......only going to do weight once a week (Sundays maybe?)

P.S. We tried to find those Lean Cuisine Paninis - None to be found.......dang!
