Yesterday was really a lousy day for me, and I had similar thought: "What if I just have 1 cig, only 1 puff ? -No, no way!" I told myself!
It was really hard to dispel that junkie thought ... It was lingering on for a while ... Then I realized that: "Why should I have that rubbish thought while enjoying my coffee? It spoiled my coffee! Stop it!" Then I took 2 puffs from my NRT inhaler ... and back to normal. The coffee tasted great! :)
Cheers,
nmc

Hello
Read this please and tell me that you want to give up your quit.
I am amazed at the number of people who have quit for many, many months or years and somehow get caught up smoking again. Dont do this. Once you quit, you are quit and that is a final. You can not allow yourself to be caught up in an exceptional moment and think that having a smoke will somehow fill a void. Your assumption that, for the moment, I think it may help me, but how about the way you will feel tomorrow if you caved.
If blessed with the quit, continue with it, and be grateful that you have it.
NOPE ON WITH THE QUIT ONE DAY AT A TIME :)MARIE

ABSOLUTELY NO. Tell us you haven't. What for - you are over 100 days now - you are 104 Days - don't unravel now.
Jubilum I do sympathise - on my last quit i got to 120 days and started again and believe me I regreted it - truly and deeply. It just aint worth it and that will be a truism to the end of time.
Keep strong - keep going.
