does taking a drag...

for 18 år siden 0 583 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Tell the junkie to take a long jump off of a short bridge. You have never wanted just one before. You smoke 1 drag you will want the whole pack.(or whatever you smoked before.) This is all temporary, it too shall pass. Releaving withdrawl symptoms with the drug that you are withdrawling from is junkie thinking. A herion addict cannot recover if he has even one dose of herion. Just as a smoker CAN NOT recover with one drag of nicotine. You can dress up in drag but taking a drag will cause the nicodemon to taunt and tease you more. Stop the junkie talk Chicky!! Get a hold of yourself woman!! Weak is when you are on a diet and you lick the frosting off the cupcake. Junkie talk is trying to convince yourself you want that smoke. Heaven would be when you get a cold, you are healed in 3 days. Hell is when your cold turns into bronchitis which leads to COPD which leads to Emphysma. *gives Chicky that stern Duckie look* My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/21/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 69 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,043 Amount Saved: $207 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 3 Mins: 6 Seconds: 53

    Cigarettes Not Smoked

One drag will lead to two, then three. Then next time it's a whole cig... believe me I've been down that road. Ride the crave out, distract yourself. Some gum or a hard candy. Wash dishes, wipe a counter. It will go away. Just don't smoke. Sorry chicky and greenette that you both think one drag will be enough. It wont be enough. Once your body has that satisfaction it will ask for more and more and more. Need to refocus and start changing the thought process. You both have already gone an entire day (couldn't see your stats though green), why give up that for just one drag?? Hugs to you both. Hang tough and do not give in cause bad nic will ask for more and more and more Kim My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 176 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,408 Amount Saved: $712.8 Life Gained: Days: 15 Hrs: 13 Mins: 0 Seconds: 36

Ya know ya can't do it chicky... N.O.P.E. means N.O.P.E. Don't listen to the junkie! Look at the struggling members here that let themselves down. It seems like everytime you justify having a drag... keeping the quit becomes less and less do-able!
