Whewwwwwww.....Taking deep breaths but feeling better. Last night after dinner I was sulking and feeling angry that I could not have that after a meal smoke then felt proud of myself having made the decesion to become a non-smoker. There is a entirely different way of thinking once you remove that nasty demom from your life. So much more free time...no more stench...and deeper breaths. I must stay focused and use all the tools and support to remain successful. Many thanks for all the encouraging words. Just taking one day at a time.
Mook
do not sulk for death sticks..you know better. Congrats on turning the mental outlook around and being thankful for being a non smoker instead of feeling deprived. Maybe have a mint after dinner? a lifesaver, or a nice cup of tea to finish your meal. Good for you!
