This is day two of my step down. It's almost as bad as day two of the quit. I was hoping it wouldn't last as long because I have another final quit day ahead of me.
Last night I saw the movie Constantine. Keanu Reeves chain smoked through the whole movie. Then in the last scene, he quit and the final scene in the movie was him popping chewing gum instead of a cig. I was riveted to his smoking. I took a sleeping pill just to get to sleep.
