I think thats a good point. I didn't want to say anything that will jinx me, but I have not had to take a xanax in 6 days. I was taking one in the morning everyday. I am on zoloft, maybe it finally kicked in.
I did stop getting a morning coffee too, I heard that anxiety can get worse with caffine.
So I just wanted to tell all 6 days no xanax
Hi guys,
Just thought we always here how badly we are all doing, and what symptom we currently have. Believe me there is nothing wrong with this, however I thought it would be nice to start a forum where we can say how well you are going.
I thought of this because over the last 3 weeks I have been feeling extremly well. No panic...no anxiety...no symptoms...Although I know it may come back it will be good to look back on this and say "Hey I really did have a good period".
Anyway, keep up the good work and how about telling us about the good times as well as the bad.
