Hi all. I signed up. I downloaded the road to success workbook. I don't understand how to use the messages, especially the ones that have quick response to my message. I haven't stopped yet but I have early emphazema and have to. I'm trying to work up to courage.

The buddy list is for the IM (Instant messenger).
You add people to you buddy list and when you launch the IM, you can talk to those people there.
To launch the IM, when view the support group, right on top it says launch.
When you click on launch, the IM gets launched and there you can talk directly to people.
