What goes on in your head?

Have you talked to a psychologist about this? And they are symptoms of panic disorders and OCD. If you€™ve had these thoughts for a while and haven€™t acted on them yet more than likely you won€™t. Do you also have thoughts of hurting yourself? Those are more common to me than thoughts of hurting other people, but only happen during severe panic attacks.

Okay here it goes. Let me just word this correctly so I don€™t have this thread taken off the web site! (Just joking Anne). Okay anyway, does anyone ever think about hurting other people? If so do the thoughts also worry you like they worry me? Oh, and has anyone ever acted on them? I have some really weird thoughts about hurting my kids, co-worker, etc€¦ These thoughts worry me and I€™m afraid that I€™m going to act on them like I might lose my mind and not know what I€™m doing. I know these are only thoughts and I would never follow through with them, but I am worried about them. It is okay to worry right? And I am not going to follow through with them, right? And it's good that I worry about them, right?
