Thank you all for responding. I am not exactly sure how this this reply message works, but I clicked on the administrator's post and am replying. If it only replies to you, than thank you for having this site. I bought a breathing video from breathing.com about two weeks ago and it seemed to work but in a big panic attack the when it is fully on, there is not much I can do but ride it out. Today, however, I kept myself busy most of the day, tried to eat right, no caffeine, low fat and low sodium, and went into my Spa to relax my back which I suspect could be the problem. Than, when I went on the computer, I felt my pulse running a little. I laid down and did this neck strenghtening exercise I read about which worked great last night, but the attack was still coming. Instead of just taking it, I decided to take action and went out and cut my lawn, nice and slowly, and edged too. I fought it off. As I write this, I don't feel 100 percent but I feel much better knowing that there are other people with the same thing and other people I can talk to about it. this site is invaluable so far. The funny thing is, 2 months ago, I would have never thought any of this was possible, and thought people with panic attack disorder were nuts. But since I always thought I would live to 100, and nothing could affect me, and now something is, well, I am glad you guys and girls are here to guide me through this. Thank You.
