Well done Brent. 250 days is fantastic!!
You'll lose the weight I'm sure. And if you don't.. better a happy man one stone heavier, than a skinny dead one.
You can buy new trousers - lungs are harder to come by
all the very best
Mr Ed :)

I can't see my toes anymore and none of my trousers fit. My wife says I'm more than the man she married as I passed the 250 metric ton mark with a face full of cake!
No seriously, 250 days seemed an age away when I set out and I have put a few pounds on. I have set myself the target of losing the 20 lbs that have crept up on me now that I feel that the quit is solid.
I'm going to use the "I'm stuffing myself with food" section of the site for support and inspiration, because if you lot can help me stop smoking, you certainly ought to be able to support me getting back into my trousers!
Thanks form the mad englishman

you are doing awesome

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
