Hello,
I haven't posted anything for awhile so I thought I would post something today. It's been 16 days now and I'm doing pretty good. The withdrawls are still bad at times, but I've been coping with them fairly well.
My wife was supposed to quit with me but after the first three days she went out and bought a pack and is smoking about 3 or 4 cigs a day. That does not bother me two much because I'm concentrating on myself right now. Although she is still smoking, she is not smoking around me. I would just like to say that I'm so lucky that she is still very supportive of my quit. Even though she is still smoking, she is always telling me I'm doing a great job.
I have read a few posts that others are not so lucky. They are dealing with spouses that are not as supportive as mine. I guess what I'm saying here is... I'm feeling really good about my chioce to quit and I'm very proud to have others supporting me and last but not least... Thanks to a site like this I can share my good and bad experiences with others and hopefully because of all this support I just might be able to kick this for good!
Thanks everryone
:)

Congrats on 16 smoke free days. In my opinion the first month is the hardest and you almost have that down!
Keep it going!
Fondly,
