Congrats on your choice. I'm new too, just 3 days but I use commit lozenge. This site helps more than anything else. Hope it gets easier after today for you. I know it will be a lot easier years down the road when your not using an oxygen tank everywhere you go and not going to chemo treatments. Stay strong and stay close to this site.

Hey it's my first day and I made it through the morning. It's hard there is no question but also a process. Changed my morning routine. Made sure I did this on a day off because I do feel spaced out. I quit once before and last time seemed much harder then today? Does it get easier I wonder every time you make a quit. I think I expected to feel all what I am feeling expected it and maybe that is why it's not so so bad, at least not yet. Plus this time I am going with out NRT. ( I have the gum not using it, not yet any way) I got addicted to the gum last time, mouth sores ect..ect.. I figured I am going to run it cold turkey. I like cold turkey you know with piles of vegetables on a nice baked bun. Ha Ha Ha..Every one stay strong out there. May we ROCK ON...Aloha Di...
