Way to go Sparky...
One day at a time, just one day at a time
Am glad you had a wonderful day :)
PrincessC :) x
Had some really strong withdrawal today. I mean crawling the wall kind. Our daughter and family were in town for a family wedding. I miss read the invite and thought the wedding started at 2:30 when in fact it started at 2:00. Had to wake up my 3 and almost 2year old grandsons and get them ready and to the church in twenty minutes. We made it. Then came home for a couple hours and went to the reception. Those two little ones are a hand full and it was a late sit down dinner and they were hungry and full of engery.Lots of self talking going on. But I am home and smoke free ;) I feel very blessed today. I got to spend a high engery day with grandsons and did it smoke free. WOW - can life get any better?

What a great way to end a stressful day! We all have days like that, where we feel like we are stumbling through, trying to put one foot in front of the other. But that determination gets us through and we can breathe a sigh of satisfaction at the end of it all.
