Thanks for the tips!!
I do feel a little better after having dinner...so much so I made a cake with chocolate frosting....mmmmmmm that will surely cure the blues. I will also be starting my exercise program next week. Good thing for the exercise...ya think...lol. The last thing I need is an extra 20 pounds. This seems to be allot more difficult quit for me but it's my last time going through this agony. I realize that not smoking will be a life time battle for me and I will have to keep my support system close at hand. I stopped posting here last March and soon resumed smoking until this quit. This was a major lesson for me. I'm in the process of making a nice big poster to hang on my computer with N.O.P.E. I probably say that 100x a day but I don't care as long as I don't light up. I just try to focus on one day at a time not smoking and at the end of each day I feel good about that. I will soon be going to bed and I can say again that this has been a smoke free day.

Maybe this quit is more difficult because Ol' Nic realizes it's his last chance for you. Awwwwwww, poor Nic lost another one. :(
Keep up the good quit, Mookie.
