Insomnia wasn't what I called it because I was sleeping and getting rest, but I did wake frequently and some days woke by 5am and was up for the day, but pretty rested. I got very very busy in the beginning(my wife loved it). lots of energy. The dreams are definitely freaky as well if you are experiencing those too. But it all starts to level off after a couple of weeks. Don't worry about it. Its a normal thing from the added oxygen in your bloodstream, or the oxygen that should have been there to begin with actually.

Good question EMIL.
I also have not been sleeping well, at least not all through the night for about the last week. Often I am up in the night and I come and read the posts here. I would really like to know if others have the same reactions, to not smoking. I am not using NRTs. In the past I found the NRT very buzzy so I have stayed away. Any information or experience would be great.

From time to time Im dreaming that Im smoking and it seems to be very real. Im very sad in those particular dreams and when Im waking up is a relief.
The problem is that Im starting to have insomnia and somehow these things are related. Sounds familiar to somebody? What should I do?
