I had a craving so bad yesterday afternoon that I didn't think I was going to get through it without smoking. On top of that I had to be around a bunch of people for about an hour and a half that were smoking like crazy. I just kept telling myself that it's not worth it and the more of these cravings I get through the easier they will get. I have turned this into a competition, me vs. cravings.

It is you verses the addiction. Congratulations on making it through. Now you know you can do it! I still limit my access to smokers. At first it was because I didn't trust myself and it was too tempting; now it's because I can't stand the smell. Protect your quit at all costs.
Congratulations again. You are almost through Hell Week.
