Hi monty, Welcome to the site. Thanks for sharing your introduction here with us. Please feel free to roam the site at your own pace. If you look to the left of the screen under "PROGRAM TOOLS" you'll find our Depression Test. The purpose of these tests is to prepare you with information that you can present to your physician. When you're finished the test, you can either print your Final Report or email it directly to your doctor. We hope that you find the free online program helpful. Many here have had great success with it. Be sure to take your time and work through the exercises at your own pace. We wish you all the best and look forward to hearing from you again soon. Hello, Not sure where to start. This is my first time in an online discussion such as this. I will try to keep this short. I am a mature student and have been struggling with depression for most of my adult life. Have been on a whole bunch of medications and never really seem to get anywhere. I am really tired of feeling this way and need to make some changes in my life. I have been in a relationship for the past five years with a woman who is a few years younger tahn me. She has been incredibly supportive of my condition but I know that she will not stick around much longer if I can't overcome some of these feelings soon. I am currently in therapy, but it someone new that I am not finding all that helpful. I had a fantastic counsellour but she is on maternity leave. I think I may just try to make the most of this program and see what changes I can make on my own. I look forward to getting to know you all. M.
