This is Justine again..Guys to add to my stress list i found out my mom n dad smokes and ive asked them before and they lied to my face...Im so hurt...though we were soppose to be family..what do I have to be here for? They cant be honest..No one can..Im just stressing everyone out...Help me guys :( I need serious help I can't handle this... -Justine-

I never thought of it that way..Thanks..I do try to talk to people that feel different from others like me And I feel like they understand more than other people. Like my friend Jesse. He tries to understand me as much as her can. So does Crystal and Bill. But I don't think they fully understand. And I don't think anyone does. Im going to a phycietris now. And I don't know if I really like him yet...Well thanks... -Justine-

When you are 14, you should try to find out who you are. Take as many personality tests and ability tests as you possibly can. There are many online. They will tell you who you are, and why you may be feeling different than others. I was much other when I realised those things. Some people who are very intelligent, or have special personalities, maybe are better at some things than other people often feel the way you do. It maybe that it is because you are in a minority personality type, and if you knew that; then you could understand why you feel different from most others. I bet that is part of your problem. Also, if you have been through some traumatic experiences when you were younger, that would also make you feel isolated from others. I have experienced that too. Try to find more people who are like you to associate with, and maybe you will start to feel better...??? That's what I want to do.

you have all helped and made me think....I have anxiety attacks because i worry non stop...and i always say number dont count as long as you have 1 true friend but i just wonder why people dont get along with me. Im nice to everyone im such a caring person...but they are totally different then me..as in they do bad stuff.. I dont go to the best school...but I go to learn...Thank you guys...you guys have been a great help and Ive learned something from you guys..You all are great people..thanks.. Justine

Yes i am under medical care...today i go to see my phycietris for the first time...:-/ It scares me and i did take the test..thanks alot !! thanks for trying to be there and understanding youve helped..

hello justine iam 16 years old and you sound like your going through a pretty rough patch . to have 4 friends is fine if there your true friends who care for u and u look out for each other. its just a number, some1 u know could have like 15 friends but do they all get on? can he/or she chat to them when there feeling down ? and your main prority is your self and bottling up your feeling will make you feel worse maybe you could talk to a counsler or go to your docter who may give you sumthing to take to help you through your difficult time. to have a anxisity attack is not nise at all . when you start to have one close your eyes and think of a safe happy place and imagiene your there and your relaxed and peacefull and think of all your favrite things i dunno if this would work but i have to do this to help control it cos you can take control of your anxity attack dont let it controll you :) i hope ive helped stay blessed and i hope ur ok melody (((hugs)))

hello justine,my name is kit and im not 14 old enough to be your grandmother,but i see your hand out and if you'll let me take hold I'll try and do all I can to help you.I would like to tell you justine that being 14, you are still experiencing growing ,majurity changes, that from what I understand, never stops every 10 to12 yrs our bodies experience a different change in our lives.Right now i am experiencing mid life crisis as an example, i'm sure anxiety is a real live thing you are experiencing,how many friends you have doesn't matter justine, how you are is what matters your forming your character,personality,it can be a a very emotional time for some. Try not to be down on yourself,or judgmental on those that do not understand. I can't say this for you but i can for me i get very anxious whenever there is a change in my life because i am the type of person who doesn't adjust easily to changes.You may be seeing the wrong ppl to help you through this crisis.I would sudggest telling your regular md ad take it from there.There are guidance counselers that may be helpul also in your school.Medicine isn't always the answer to a problem justine.Ihope I have been some help to you. and I will pray for the right direction in your life. Seems like you're overwhelmed with alot right now. Have you tried talking to your school counselors? No one can really understand you except God of course. Not the way we all want to be understood. Being in school isn't easy. I remember having my share of problems. Take comfort in knowing you're not the only one going through these bad times. I don't know what problems you have in your life that causes your anxiety attacks and destructive behavior but whatever it is, I think it's best that you pin point them one by one first. Don't try to take everything on at once.

Justine, Are you under medical care? When you try to get over this on your own but it gets worse and then have suicidal thoughts, it's a sign that you are entering a crisis stage and are in need of professional help as soon as possible. If you feel that you are depressed then please talk to your doctor. It is really important to not ignore signs of depression. Please take our Depression Test to the left of the screen. You can print your results and then take them to your doctor. This will help assess the situation. Please keep posting, as you can see there are many supportive individuals. They are here to help. Im only 14 and feel like my life is the worst ever. I have like 4 friends at my school. Help me guys. Ive been in the hospital because I had an anxiety attack...and was in the hospital for a while. Everyone said I did it for attention.. I've cut myself, Stopped eating, and taken pills...Whys life so miserable for me?? no one understands me and maybe you guys will better...please help me...
