Stickin....How long should I wait to start dieting? I have been quit for over 110 days. I have gained that weight you are talking about and now it is time for it to some off. I don't believe my craving had anything to do with my eatting healthy.

Hi ter
Don't try to lose weight as you quit smoking. I hope you are ok. Here is what you need to know, studies say it's a recipe for quitting failure. Stock up on low-val munchies and espect to gain n 7 to 10 pound which you will work on later. One focus at a time
Ter724,
If you didn't use food as a substitute for cravings then you may be safe to start working on weight loss. If you did substitute with food when craving, try introducing this regiment slowly. If you feel it is affecting your ability to stay quit, try again at a later time.
