fleur, You reaction to the quit will vary from others. Take the time to relax yourself into sleep. Use a hot bath, stretches, good book or even brisk walk. It will take time and you will see the difference :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

fleur, Welcome to our support community and thanks for introducing yourself. Congratulations on 3 months! We always questions ourselves through the quit and look to see others and how they are doing. Your choice is a healthy one, nothing good can come of smoking and Every body is different. Smoking has horrible effects on everyone, some are masked and some are right out there. Validate your choice and know that by smoking you are damaging your body even further. Don't give in to the junky thinking and see the disease for what it is, the enemy, not your friend! We are always here for support and knowledge and please feel free to post your experiences with us. One of our members smoked until she was 70 and was house ridden and could barely move, so she thought why not continue, it can't get any worse. She made a choice one day to quit and see how far it could take her. It took her right out of the house and off her oxygen. She is now living the life she envisioned for herself at 70. Everyone and every quit is different, you are unique and you can push forward! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.

fleur, There are many different experiences that we all go through. Our bodies are indeed healing. Some take longer than others and some have a bad spout of craves around the 30 and 90 day mark. If this continues, please check with your doctor to rule out anything medical and to perhaps come up with a plan that is right for you. Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
