Do keep your guard up, though. You may be one of the lucky ones that will get out of this virtually unscathed.
Or, out of the blue, you may get knocked to your knees someday. If that happens, clamp down, dig in, and wait it out. It will pass. Smoking will not fix it, just prolong it.
Another possibility to watch out for is the "sneaky Nic". "It was so easy before, I can have one now. It's safe." Never, ever believe that. It will rope you and pull you back in before you know it. Then you'll have to do all this over again. :(
