I guess we're all online "virgins" (heh heh) so to speak. This is also the only forum I've ever gotten involved with. I've got to say though, I'm so glad I did.
If it wasn't for my fellow Octobreathers, and some of the longer term quitters, this would be a lot harder for me as I'd feel quite alone with the quit. I really don't think I'd be approaching 50 days.
Mr. ED, Tresa, unhooked, bear, just to name a few, are the reason that I, and may I say my fellow Octobreathers are being successful with our quits. I know there are a lot more people to thank.
