Mama glad you're doing well, yes we have to go through all the triggers, I think it will take a while but if we stay strong and prepared, never let our guard down, we'll do it. I'm off the patch and doing well, I didn't go through withdrawal at 7mg, kept it on 2 weeks then tore it off and that's that. I had a garage sale today uncluttered the basement. Us Junebugs are on a roll.
