Kathy,
Great attitude!!
Hope your ME day was wonderful..
It has always been harder for me when I have too much free time.
I use to clean out drawers or closets in the beginning.. We are now back to being slobs..
Distract & delay!!!
One day at a time.

Posting is distracting to cravings! Did you know that the average crave only lasts about 3 minutes??? It is hard to type and remember to crave at the same time! :)
Just keep going! And no cheating!!!!

Josie,
I never really get sick and the only sick time I take is when my alergies kick in. I've decided to take tomorrow as a ME day! I feel like 11 smoke free days have earned me that.

kathy,
You are doing it and making it! Keep up the good work and this is a great time to put some relaxation techniques into effect!
Take a day for just you and treat yourself!

Ok, so it's Thursday night and my husband has been away on his boys trip since Monday night. I was dreading this week because I knew that I could cheat at home and no one could catch me! But I've made it this far and tonight is a hard one. I'm just doing what I did on Saturday and typing my cravings away. :) It's so, so, great to have this forum to vent my issues to because actually putting it down in words makes the problem either go away or lesson.
