I once read:

I strongly believe in this and i aslo believe that even if you gain weight coz you would want to get over cravings that are pretty bad in the first period it will onlly be temporary coz once cravings end you can diet as long as you havent quite overdid it. again exercise would be great you can reward yrself with spending some on hiring a personal trainer who would make exercise interesting...Text

I hope so ive never craved chocolate like i am right now and only on day 2 ~ even my feet are tingling ~ al though I dont really want to eat I just seem to be on automatic!!
Shaila,
Maybe you're eating out of boredom?
You can try switching from milk chocolate to pure chocolate, the higher the cocoa, the better it is for you and the less fat it has. All in moderation of course. ;)
Craving chocolate seems logical to me, you're on day 2. Chocolate triggers the release of "feel good" hormones in your body and can lift mood.
A reward, something you truly value will produce the same effect. Start dreaming up possibilities!!

Hi guys, i would say - don't go substituting one bad habit with another, heaps of Fruit & vege is a.o.k.
With overeating, not only will you 'put on the pud' but you could end up regretting your quit cos of weight gained ... no fun!
Exercise is good if you want to do it + it makes you feel good.
