Breather, you are right how there are weeks after week with no triggers or stress then all of a sudden there is a day when something triggers you to think about smoking. It might be a dream. It might be a memory. It might just be a horrible stress filled day. As MM said they eventually become very rare. The good news is that you are prepared to fight the crave and remain a non smoker!
