Quitting

I don't write much, read alot though. I have a battle every day with cravings, very sad alot of the time. I went to my counselor at school I've been seeing and she prescribed wellbutrin. I've been using the patch, 21mg, come to find out that the patch only has a 7% success rate. 7% isn't much to me. I decided that I've been wearing the patch for almost 6 weeks and felt like stepping down. But, what I realized is, I crave with the patch on, so why not just do it on my own. See, if you were a light smoker, this patch would make you nauseas, but if you were a pack a day for 14.5 years like me, then this patch doesn't give me enough and it infact has been making things worse. The amount of the patch has been giving me has been 'teasing' me to thinking I want more and that is why I crave. Anyways, the moral of this story is, I had a really bad craving the other day, was reading in this site, then I scrolled down to dippers and chewers section. I have been told dipping is soooo bad for you, way worse than cigaretttes and harder to kick. So, I decided to read up on it. Scary stuff I read. So, then I did research on cigerettes, etc. I have to say, I am 28 and these two stories scared me very bad. The craving is still going to come and go, and I know that. I am very insecure without cigarettes, and I know I can't smoke just one. I have to keep reading these stories, and to know life will get better.
