The things they told you are going to be helpful. Also keep in mind that what you're going through right now is a sign that your brain is getting rid of the carbon monoxide, your nicotine receptors are changing, etc. Every withdrawal symptom sucks, but it's also a sign of healing. Time is the only thing that makes it get better.
