the traffic on this site appears to have picked up somewhat during the last few days. its encouraging that people are recognizing their problems and looking for help. personally i have gained significant insight into depression and how it affects people. also i have picked up some useful tools that i can apply to my life. this is another small step i am taking out of the darkness of depression....in any event the light bulb flickers a bit brighter at times.
people are naturally social beings. this is a great cummunity. keep up the communication.
