Hiya Jo! I am sorry to hear that you are having such a tough time. Hang in there. I think you have dealth with this incredibly well and am very impressed with all you have accomplished. I also think that it is normal for all this to eventually tire you out a bit and make you more anxious. I once read that in our lives we have cycles of high energy and then again we have cycles of low energy. And that we need those cycles of low energy to make us stop and take time for ourselves so we recuperate. So instead of fighting the low energy we can accept it and take it as a sign to go back to doing stuff for ourselves thart will help us, like getting back to the basics with the program and taking time to figure out how we feel and what we can do about it. I am glad that venting here helps you and I hope you feel better soon. Remember that this too shall pass, be good and patient with yourself and take time to take care of yourself you are definetely worth it. And one last thing that will sound as basic as saying that the sky is blue: A good night's sleep really does wonders for one's state of being. Anyway, sorry that I cannot be more helpful, I must admit I am in a low energy cycle physically atm and it makes me well less good at figuring things out. Hang in there! -Diva

Hi Jo, Thanks for stopping by to share this update with us. You certainly have a lot on your plate right now. Don't feel you have to apologize for posting, that is why we are all here - to share in these experiences. Please be reassured that it is normal for all of these issues to have triggered an increase in your anxiety. Try to draw strength from the times when you had your sense of confidence and know that you can enjoy all of those things again and overcome your feelings of anxiety. I am not sure where you are at in the program, but take advantage of the tools available to you here to help overcome these feelings. Sometimes it is helpful just to stop by and share your feelings here with your fellow members. We wish you all the best, stick close and let us know how you are doing. Hi Everyone, well the year started if bad we changed our mortgage for a better deal and they managed to mess it all up which caused us a lot of stress that got sorted after about a month, things were ok for a few months, then we found out my Husbands dads Cancer has come back and they cannot doanything this time just treat with chemo and was told maybe 2 years to live so that totally blowed everything up big time, then to top ot all about 6 weeks after that we found out he had been having an affair for the past 4 years which nobody knew about so that tore everyone apart we were there everynight for about a month trying to calm things down only getting 3 or 4 hours sleep some nights, some times no sleep at all, well his parents are still together like newlyweds which is hard for everyone like nothing happened and we were all put through all this hassle and upset for what nothing, then my Husband went down with a really bad virus and the doctor had to come round the house as he could'nt get out of the bed. I have to sya I thing I have been amazing this year with everything I have had so much confidence, happy and driving the car which is a huge thing for me, then about 3 weeks ago I felt tired one day had pain in my arm and my eyes were blurry and did not want to go out at all but I did and guess what had major panic (with me I go totally numb from head to toe you could hit me and I probably would'nt feel it then really faint and distant and not with it) and it has totally knocked my confidence bit time, started to get really nervous about going out anywehere and driving the car, well last week was my Birthday and I did'nt feel overly excited but I had not had much sleep the night before, had a party in the evening which was really good, the day after that was our Wedding Anniversary and we went out for meal was very tired, and my mother in law he has never liked me or my family that much at the best of times was really rude, not talking and just been totally of with people which put a damper of it a bit. My Husband has had a week of work this week and although we have been going ot bed later than normal we have been sleeping in to my usual time but feel so sleepy this week, got no energy or effort to put into anything, just feel like I cannot be bothered.
