I wouldn't be surprised if many of us on this site had a difficult relation to food as it is so often that people "eat" their emotions or what not. I flirted with anorexia during my teenage years and am now a binge eater.
Hi there i just wanted to let you know my doctor gave me a CT scan because of my increase in headaches everything came back fine and we have put it down to the contraceptive pill i am taking as it coinsides with when the headaches started roughly.But i have the same problem with food hate eating actually petrified of puting on weight(have had anorexia for 11years)Right now im at my heaviest i have ever been(except when i was pregnant)i am 110pds and 170cms tall i am trying to be positve about gaining weight but its so hard.Though i must admit having anxiety/panic has helped me put weight on because the dizziness and other feelings i get when i dont eat is whats actually helping me to eat because i dont want to feel those feelings does that make sense??Is anyone else here battling with an eating disorder?

when I first started the medication my stomach hurt really bad.The loss of appetite was so bad I thought I was going to srink to nothing hahhaah. Both of those side effects thank God went away.I hope your feeling better today.Let me know how your doing.

Dear Vanessa, It sounds like you and I have similar problems, I am so glad you are feeling better from the medicine. How are the headaches?? It is probably from the medicine, as you know when I first started the Paxil I had headaches every day, I even went to the hospital and everything was fine, it most probably a side-efect from the increase and hopefully will pass soon. I am having some stomach problems and I do not know why, I hope its just anxiety, my stomach hurts upper and lower and I have been having diareaha, nausea and bad gas! My appetite is gone, its like I get rid of one symptom and another sneaks up on me and scares me to death, I am hoping it will pass. Please let me know how you are doing. so I have been on Effexor for about three months. last month I increased my Medication mgs. A seven days after I did that I started to get really bad headaches.I know headaches are a common side effect, but im getting really concerned.Today I woke up with one and thats never happend to me.I don't want to have to change medication, cause it was going so well for me.:( I don't know what to do.I'm starting to worry.
