Like a person said in a post earlier Gina,it's a feeling.Well i've had this like 5 plus years,i disagree,and agree with its a feeling deal.Well first of if you can ride off the feeling more power to you if its through prayer,or hot bath,yoga whatever your deal is.Some need medicine and its actually a chemical imbalance i fall in the middle on this,and im partial to both sides with that said.Gina when you work out realize this if your heart rate goes up,or you feel like its beating crazy,think have i had this before,did i live to see another day.Well as far as i know we are both alive right.Overcome your fear,because once you get in the gym keep grounded the best you can.Find yourself what i call a comfort zone,and postive thinking.Remeber the gym workout is going to HELP your anxiety,because your going to burn off adrealine pardon my spelling,and your making yourself healthy.I hope i helped somewhat,i need a all day medicine but at this point i will continue xanax only until i can deal with the side effects,meaning when outlaw has his bills payed up,i can take the medicine,chill in my room,and handle the side effects..We have the same disase but it attacks all diffrent what its looking for,is where can i find fear in Gina.So its the gym,ok well i beat after you beat that fear it will present itself in a new way.It finds your weak points,like mine i worry about my health,i never cared when i was a buck teenager now im 25,and living like im 90.dont let days go by,life is to short take your fear on.From the bible THIS TO SHALL PASS!!I will pray for ya homie lol,good luck i have feeling you will be fine later.. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!! Remember it is fear, not real. In order for your body to sweat, get in shape and burn calories you must raise your heart rate!!! Remember it is NORMAL and a MUST do to get in a work out!
