The word “problem” is never part of a happy person’s vocabulary. A problem is viewed as a drawback, a struggle, or an unstable situation while a challenge is viewed as something positive like an opportunity, a task, or a dare. Whenever you face an obstacle, try looking at it as a challenge.

I found a link to this article today called 22 Things Happy People Do Differently. As I read through it, I found it full of things I've learned both from the program here and from the work I've done in counseling. While it's not focusing on people with anxiety, a lot of it functions as a great reminder for how to relax and enjoy life:
