I love to read as well, I have great book called Boundries, it is written by two psychologist and really enlighting it talks about setting relationship boundries, instead of being the person who never says no, beacause they feel to guilty.I have read on here alot of blogs, I think this book would be perfect for alot of us, { myself included} my therapist recomended it.  reading is very relaxing it is like a mini vacation to forget anxiety for awhile   jaybe

Reading is indeed a very relaxed activity for me. In the past I mostly read business books and even became obsessed about this kind of books. Now I try to read all kinds of books so I can have a broader perspective about the world.

I suggest you to visit a gook bookstore and see what you would like to read. Keep us posted about your reading choices.

Hi Hugs,

Reading is a great, relaxing activity.  Members, please share what books you enjoy and how reading helps you to manage anxiety.

I'm planning to take a photography course, and will probably read a book on photography, since I recieved a camera for Christmas.  This will help support my interest in gardening, and help me savour the garden beauty.  I'm currently reading a book about gardening, and it's helping me troubleshoot some of the issues like blooming cycles, history of plants, etc.

I'd like to get the book by a man named Stephen Fletcher, who is a disabled person in the Canadian government parliament titled "What do you do if you don't die?".  He was struck by a moose and became a pariplegic in an automobile accident., so  I look forward to some inspiring reading.

I was at the library recently and would like to drop into their book club(it's the only place I can force myself to read a novel).  Who knows -maybe I'll finally read a novel.

Is anybody planning summer reading?
