This week is starting out with a stomach virus. Had a belly ache on and off since Friday night. Got to be careful at what I eat. Other than that, all-in-all, I am feeling pretty good to start the week.
We often forget that a lot of the harsh chemicals we put in us are actually in most cases concentrates of fairly harmless plants. I am glad the bee pollen works for you.
Maybe I was a little because I was so sure it was a nasal polyp. LOL. But I realize a polyp would have required surgery and more expense. Luckily my copay covered this. I just have to get a nasal ct scan just to be sure nothing else is wrong.
I also started using bee pollen again this week and my allergies have nearly dissappeared.
Turns out I do not have a nasal polyp. It was just an inflamation of what's supposed to be in there already. Weird. He also helped me unclog my left ear. Had some wax up against the ear drum.
