Well I looked in my quotes books and chose three for you guys today:
On Happiness:
Depend not on another, but lean instead on thyself...True happiness is born of self-reliance.
-The laws of Manu
Happiness depends upon ourselves.
-Aristotle (384 BC - 322 BC)
See I like these two because they remind me that I am capable of making myself happy all on my own. It doesn't mean other can't do things that make me happy and that I can't love to be with others, but it means I don't have to wait for others to make me happy that I have the power to make myself happy within myself :)
On Hope:
Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul.
And sings the tune
Without the words,
and never stops at all.
-Emily Dickinson (1830 - 1886)
I just think this quote on hope is very poetic and beautiful. It makes me somehow feel more at peace when I read it.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy the quotes!

Ok this is another translated quote so I hope I get it right lol.
"As the stone is altered and diminished by a single drop of water falling always in the same place on it, so will your daily perseverance make your difficulties disappear. So go forward with courage."
And for you French speakers out there:
"Comme la pierre est usee par la goutte d'eau qui tombe continuellement au meme endroit, ainsi votre persistance quotidienne fera disparaitre toutes les difficultes. Allez de l'avant avec courage."

I heard a quote yesterday that I think will be really helpful for myself, and thought that I would share it here:
'We have 2 choices, sit back and get beaten or roll up our sleeves and fight'
As soon as I heard it, my anxiety came to mind. I think that if I use this saying when my anxiety starts to get to me it might help. When it comes to my anxiety I have decided that I want to roll up my sleeves and fight like he!! to have my life back.
Hope someone else finds this quote helpful :)
