I also when having poor appetite, try to eat small portions very often during the day. I am slim and it is essential for me to eat normally. The only worry about the appetite and my health is that if I do not eat properly for a long period, I can die because of not enough food. When I start to worry about it, my appetite becomes poorer etc. etc...

Yes, challenge those thoughts and push forward. Eating healthy can be of assistance to you and your body. You may also want to check with your doctor to come up with an eating plan that is right for you and your body. Make sure you always keep hydrated as well :)

I often have that. Now considering I am chubby I don't fing it is horribly aweful lol!No seriously, I do lose my apetite when my anxiety is too high. But for me the way arouns it is twofold. First use my tools like thought challenging and relaxation and exposure work and such to bring my anxiety down. Second, in the meantime until my stress is lower I force myself to eat small portions of food very often during the day. If you nibble here and nibble there alll day you can get enough food inside you to keep you going without having to force a huge meal down your stomach. Anyway, this is how I deal with this. When I have some setbacks or other problems with my nerves my appetite is very poor. And I worry about it... Does anybody have the same problem? How do you overcome it? Thanks.
