Hi,
I'm not good with too many words of wisdom but, having panic disorder, I understand what you are going through.
The best thing you can do is not think about the long term, focus on today. Juts get through this next 10 minutes, then deal with the next ten minutes... you will find each ten minutes passes with nothing bad happening. Small steps first, I have to deal with this everyday as I work full time, six days by myself. Some days are much worse than others - especially when I forget to breathe or I start thinking about long term things - long term being the drive home, if I am going to have a panic attack when we go to a friends house for dinner tomorrow night, dropping one of the kids off at a birthday party etc...
Don't let your thoughts wander & take control - you cannot change what is happening so just take the next ten minutes & enjoy them, knowing that if you have anxiety - it will pass and you will be stronger for it.
Now is the best time to beat it, right now. Deal with later as it comes, not before it arrives.
I feel like i'm going through exactly the same thing, so you're not alone, it is a constant battel 24/7 - so i'll think of you also.
Toni
nb* I live in Australia but I am considering employing a staff member lol ;)
