Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone here may have some idea as to what is
causing and how to ease this jaw, face, and head tension
that I keep getting. I think it may be caused by stress.
I don't grind my teeth in my sleep, I wish I did at least
I would have a reason.
I am in a high stress job, as the day goes on I can feel
the tension in my head, it feels like pressure, the muscles
in my jaw are so tight, it feels weird too talk, and my face
and head even seem tense, just very tight. I feel like
I am off balance, almost to the point that I feel weird and
like everything around me is not real, I just feel so spacey
when this happens, then my anxiety goes way up when this
happens to me and it is usually in the evenings, sometimes I will get it during the day.
It usually comes and goes. When it's bad, I feel like I have
so much pressure in my head and my jaws feel like I have
been clenching my teeth all day, but I haven't.
If anyone has any thoughts I would really appreciate it
