Who else loves to exercise?

I have seen quite a few threads about the fear of exercising, and I don't understand it. For me, it is one of the best forms of therapy and the endorphin release you get afterwards BLOWS AWAY any drug on the market in beating depression and anxiety, in my opinion. I am currently taking a "break" from my usual workout routine because I am just so hypersensitive about my bodily symptoms right now that I don't feel rational enough to even handle a sore or stiff muscle. I actually had anxiety last weekend about my stiff legs and it caused a doozy of a panic attack later in the day. I had forgotten that I did some treadmill work on the highest incline, and when I woke up with stiff hamstrings, I freaked about it all day. Sure enough, the "stiffness" gradually went away over 2-3 days. Its crazy what your mind will do to you. Anyways, I really miss my workout routine. I can't wait until I feel ready to begin again. Anyone else actually feel that exercise *helps* them with their anxiety and panic? AP
