Gina I think feeling sick is a weird side effect from anxiety that i cant conqouer..How can i defeat an enemy that blindfolds me so to say,and makes everything feel so real.At the same time im really sick its scary to because its all real.Xanax dosent work like it used to for me eithier Gina,sometimes it does sometimes it dosent do anything..Can anyone figure out why we are sick all the time?Its not right.. ouTLAW P.S I READ POSTS DAILY JUST DONT POST TO OFTEN

Gina Honey you are NOT going to die you sound like you may have a little sinus problem, I know when I get that my eyes ache, headache, jaw pain etc....Can you take a hot, not scalding hot, but warm washcloth and lay across your eyes that will ease the pain, I feel lightheaded and tired too tonight with an eyeache because of the weather here in Florida, its the barometric pressure it makes everyone miserable, can you take another 1/2 of Xanax?, just a 1/2 you may not need it. I am praying for you, I had a pretty good night but still I feel a little funky, very tired and my eyes ache really bad because of the weather barometric pressure. Please let me know how you are. thanks lulu and debbi, debbi i am so happy to hear you had a great night. lulu i hope you feel better. i am so sick that i am now crying my jaw hurts,i am tired, my sinus's, my ears hurt ,my eyes feel swollen.i cant sleep .i think i might die.isnt jaw pain a sign of heart attack?i have taken xanax and its not working.my husband keeps telling me to go to bed but i feel so bad i cant sleep.my parents were over today and my mom said" gina every time we come over you are sick "and she is right i am never well.i work and be the best wife and mom i can be but i just feel like i am dieing inside. gina

Dear Gina, I hope you are feeling better, its probably all this rainy weather in Florida, please let me know how you are. I got some good news, I went to a party down the street tonight and actually felt like a "normal Debbie" for the first time in weeks! It was so great Gina to feel like that, so I have hope for the first time its possible, I ate good, laughed and had a pretty good time, for a few hours I felt good and I am so grateful! I know you and Lulu would want to hear this. Please let me know how you two are, I hope you are doing good too Lulu, God bless, Debbie.

Hey Gina just wanted to tell you you will be ok its just anxiety that makes us think that something is wrong when most of the time there is really nothing wrong at all.Focus on the positive self talk even when you are feeling down i didnt know how i was going to make it through the past couple of weeks but i did and i am more determined then ever to be positive and happy.I know i will have days that i feel rotten but i will take each day as it comes and not have unreal expectations of myself(easier said than done)Take care. hi everyone, i am feeling sick and depressed again. i just want to feel good.i am so depressed and scared something is really wrong with me. will i ever get better? i dont know if i need to go to the doctors or is it just depression?please pray for me. gina
