Hi Debbie,
I'm sorry you are still feeling bad too. I also have the burning and gurgling in my chest, along with wheezing, this stuff is horrible, and has increased my anxiety, which doesn't take much. I have taken Amoxicillan for brochitus, it just takes longer to work. Are you taking it 3 times a day for 10 days?
I'm hoping something gives soon, it has been a horrible month, after months of worrying whether to take Zoloft or not, I finally bit the bullet and took it.I only took 12.5 mgs. half the minimum dose and on my 8th day I was in the hospital with severe chest pains, the doctor looked it up and said that it was a side effect of Zoloft, so I had to quit taking it. I had actually geared myself up to the fact that I was going to get my life back and feel normal again, zoloft may just be the answer but it wasn't for me.
Now I'm really afraid to take anything, my anxiety already goes sky high at the thought of taking any medication. I look up the side effects, research it, just freaking myself out to the point that I have panic attacks when I take it because I think I'm having an allergic reaction or the medicine is going to kill me.
I so understand what you are going through, I hope you start to feel better soon, with amoxicillan it usually took me about 5 days to get a little relief, but it usually ends up working and it's very if any side effects from it.
Take Care and let me know how you are doing.
Becky
