outlaw, i'm 33 getting ready to turn 34. yes, it is hard to just ignore your symptoms. this morning i still feel a little lightheaded
and nervous. it's like my symptoms come in cycles- one week or month it might be that i feel lightheaded or dizzy . the next time i may have racing heart or heart palps.
it's crazy how this anxiety works. what's even more amazing and crazy is all the people that suffer with this in some form or fashion.
let's work together on this rough time in our lives.

texas, sorry to butt in your confersation. but your blood pressure was good.122/66? regular bp is 120/80. and i heard its the bottom number you have to worry about. when its too high. my bp was really low once and i freaked i talked to the doctor and he said my bp was great i would live to be 200.my father has high blood pressure. i mean really high. he is on meds. but he doesnt even feel different when its high.he has had it for awhile and thank god he is still alive and heathly.well just wanted to try to calm you a little on your heart. gina
Difficult to ignore the symptoms though when you feel them..Sometimes i can tell myself your fine.Than it escalates into more drama,than again it can go away at times.The heart is my fear,you should be happy your bp was lower bro how old are you again?Well hey man least we in the same boat,its just hard to fight off the what if im wrong because if i am wrong than i could die..Than again is this living?Texas you take care brother..

OUTLAW, FINALLY FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET ON THE NEW SITE.
BEEN STRESSED HERE LATELY. CAN'T STOP WORRYING ABOUT MY HEART AS WELL.
CHECKED MY BLOOD PRESSURE THE OTHER DAY AND WAS LOW FOR ME 122/66. THAT SCARED ME AND I THOUGHT I MIGHT HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME. IS THAT CRAZY OR WHAT. I SHOULD BE GLAD THAT IT'S THAT USUALLY IT'S HIGH.
